Geisinger Hospice-Selinsgrove is seeking a Patient Care Manager - Hospice to assist with patient care activities, ensuring safe and efficient delivery in accordance with nursing standards and payer criteria. The role supports Executive leadership and coordinates with the clinical operations team.

Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, quality and safety oversight, staff education, and effective problem resolution, with a focus on diverse home environments and patient needs.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• Valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle or reliable public transport.
