Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver's license and access to dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Preferred CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
• 4+ years full-time RN or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of clinical experience.
• Ability to work independently and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with hospice policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Promote quality and safety of patients and staff.
• Engage in problem resolution and complaint investigations.
• Provide staff in-services on health, safety, regulatory issues and policies.
• Function effectively in diverse home environments and with varied client needs.
