Job summary

Agrace, a national leader in hospice and palliative care based in Wisconsin, seeks an Account Manager – Clinical in Madison. You will be the primary liaison between Agrace and long-term care facilities, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare agencies, managing sales relationships and expanding partnerships to ensure patients have access to services.

This full-time role requires healthcare sales experience, a valid driver's license, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of healthcare sales or related experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; reliable vehicle required.
• Knowledge of healthcare partner operations including clinics, hospitals, and long-term care facilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with clinical and community leaders to introduce Agrace’s services.
• Maintain regular in-person contact with assigned accounts and respond promptly.
• Represent Agrace at community and clinical events, including weekends and evenings.
• Customize outreach content to connect services to customer needs.
• Report activities in sales/marketing software (Salesforce).
