Job summary

Agrace in Madison, WI is seeking an Account Manager – Clinical. This full-time role serves as the primary contact between Agrace and healthcare facilities, managing sales and relationships, expanding partnerships, and increasing visibility across the continuum of Agrace services.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, a valid clinical license (RN/ADN preferred), and at least two years in healthcare sales or related work. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Valid clinical license, RN/ADN preferred.
• Minimum of two years of healthcare sales or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Knowledge of healthcare partner operations including clinics, hospitals, and long-term care facilities.
• Demonstrated success in clinical sales/marketing with strong relationship skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with clinical and community leaders to introduce Agrace’s continuum of services.
• Maintain regular in-person contact with assigned accounts and respond promptly.
• Represent Agrace at community and clinical events, including weekends/evenings.
• Customize outreach content to connect services to customer needs.
• Request commitment from referral sources to be preferred provider of hospice and palliative care.
• Report customer concerns to Agrace leadership.
• Identify opportunities to enhance partnerships with community and clinical entities.
• Log all activities in Salesforce.
