Moments Hospice in Fergus Falls, MN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Hospice Aide to join our field-based care team. In this role you provide hands-on personal care to patients in their homes, assisted living, or care facilities, helping them feel comfortable, clean, and respected under the guidance of an RN Case Manager.

This full-time day-shift position offers a Monday–Friday schedule 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with a fleet car program that covers gas and insurance, supporting

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
• Hospice care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care to patients in home or facility settings.
