Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.
• Experience in hospice, palliative care, or oncology preferred.
• Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient management visits and F2F encounters.
