Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is hiring a Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Indiana to provide bedside evaluation, diagnosis support, and management for patients and families in need of comfort and dignity.

In this full-time role, you’ll consult with palliative care physicians, collaborate with primary teams, and prescribe medications as licensed, while maintaining accurate records. We offer competitive pay, benefits, daily pay options, and one-on-one patient care commitments.

Qualifications

• Current Advanced Practice Nurse license and RN license in Indiana.
• Controlled Substances license.
• Hospice or Palliative care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform bedside palliative care evaluation and assist with diagnosis and management.
• Consult with palliative care physicians and coordinate with primary physicians as needed.
• Prescribe medications within licensure and maintain accurate patient records.
• Prepare and maintain patient charts to support sound medical practice and reimbursement.
