Job summary

MBC Talent Connections is seeking a Community Liaison - Hospice Outreach in Fredericksburg, VA. You will build relationships with physicians, healthcare partners, and referral sources across Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, Westmoreland, and Orange Counties to drive hospice referrals.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in healthcare sales, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a sign-on bonus.

Base Salary: $65,000-$75,000/year + uncapped commission
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

The Role

We're seeking a driven, compassionate Community Liaison to build relationships with physicians, healthcare partners, and referral sources throughout Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, Westmoreland, and Orange Counties.

As our Community Liaison, you will:

• Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with key decision-makers in the medical community
• Conduct regular outreach to position hospice services as the provider of choice
• Drive referral growth through intentional visits with physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, and social workers
• Guide patients and families through initial hospice conversations with empathy and clarity
• Exceed growth and census goals across your service area

About You

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with healthcare professionals and community agencies

Preferred:

• Hospice or palliative care marketing experience
• Prior clinical background
