AccentCare is seeking a full-time Business Operations Manager in Memphis who will oversee office staff, manage pre-billing workflows and support enterprise insurance programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the health and/or home care industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience running a small business requirements.
• Ability to talk with all levels of leadership and communicate with IT leaders for urgent action.
• Demonstrated relationship building in a complex, matrixed healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for office employees (Team Assistant, Team Operations Coordinator and Receptionist).
• Ensure that pre-billing documentation is submitted by field staff and uploaded by Team Assistants in a timely manner.
• Assist the national office in maintaining hospice liability, property, fidelity, compensation, and insurance policies and renewals.
• Act as office manager by delegating responsibility for ordering supplies and establishing relationships for office maintenance.
• Maintain the records for the hospice program office lease.
• Maintain records related to licenses, Medicare/Medicaid certification, Joint Commission accreditation and renewals.
