Job summary

AccentCare is seeking an Executive Director RN for the Memphis market. This full-time, on-site role offers a salary range of $130,000 to $140,000 plus bonus and requires active RN licensure and leadership experience in hospice or home health care.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations across sites, guiding startup and operational improvements, and leading executive-level meetings. A valid driver’s license with insurance is preferred. Salary offer based on experience.

Qualifications

• RN license required in practicing state.
• At least 1 year of supervisory/admin experience in home health care or related health care program; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience in business and fiscal functions in a health care setting preferred.
• Must be a licensed driver with insured vehicle in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Travel to identified sites to assist with Executive Operations.
• Participate in Monthly and Quarterly Executive Director Meetings.
• Assist with startup operations as assigned.
• Serve as a business operations expert for all Hospice locations.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to educate/train new Executive Directors and provide CE opportunities for current Exec Directors.
• Assist in reviewing business operation reports and improving site processes.
• Assist in interviewing potential Executives and other operations positions as requested.
• Gather intelligence on operational activities during site visits and report to Leadership.
