Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with minimum of Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for a hospice program with growth opportunity.
• Manage and direct interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Oversee financial performance and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
