Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a capable administrator to lead local operations, ensuring high-quality home health services and compliant operations. You will oversee providers, staff performance, and office management to support community-based care.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to travel as needed. A health administration degree and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in health care administration or related field; licenses preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a manager or supervisor.
• Must maintain a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Must be able to travel by vehicle up to 25% of the time.
• Clinical license as required by state/campus regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local chief executive agent; lead the local provider(s) to deliver community care and contribute to company success.
• Ensure daily execution of operations; manage operations, services, personnel performance, and office management.
