Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced administrator to lead our local providers and advance community care. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide staff performance in a fast-paced home health environment.

The role requires a valid clinical license if applicable, driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 25%. Prior management experience and familiarity with Homecare Homebase are preferred, as is bilingual ability in English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Required licensed physician, registered nurse, or possess a bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing home care offices.
• Must have valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of time.
• Preferred licenses: physician, registered nurse, social worker, therapist, or nursing home administrator.
• Clinical: valid clinical license and CPR certification.
• Preferred at least 1 year of management experience.
• Preferred experience in home health care or hospice; experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Oral and written communication; fluent English; active listening.
• Intermediate technology skills; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local chief executive agent.
• Lead the local provider(s) to improve community care.
• Ensure daily execution of operations.
• Manage operations, services, personnel performance, and office management.
