Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a seasoned administrator to lead local operations, services and staff. This role ensures daily execution of patient care programs while upholding regulatory compliance and company values.

The ideal candidate has a health care administration degree, 2+ years of management experience, strong technology skills, and a valid driver license. In-office attendance is required to achieve Enhabit objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in health care administration or related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience as a manager or supervisor.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing home care operations.
• Basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Ability to travel by personal vehicle up to 25% of the time.
• If clinical: valid clinical license per state requirements or compact nurse license; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local chief executive agent and lead the local provider(s) to deliver community care.
• Ensure daily execution of operations, services and office management; monitor personnel performance.
• Drive improvements in patient care delivery and regulatory compliance; oversee staffing and supervision.
