Compassus is seeking a Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse to provide after-hours and weekend patient care, helping patients spend meaningful time with their loved ones and maintain comfort. You will build trusting relationships with patients and families while educating caregivers on home hospice steps.

This role requires an active RN license in Tennessee, CPR/BCLS certification, and flexibility to cover weekends or 7-on/7-off schedules.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
• Flex your schedule to meet agency-staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice patient care after-hours and on weekends as needs arise.
• Build trusting, compassionate relationships with patients and families.
• Educate caregivers on home hospice care for their loved one.
• Help patients and families maintain comfort and coping during after-hours coverage.
