A valid RN license in the work state and CPR/BCLS certification are required, with hospice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of work.
• Two years of nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• CPR and BCLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours and weekend hospice patient care.
• Assist patients and families to maximize comfort and quality of life.
• Educate caregivers on care needs and safety measures.
• Support on-call coverage to ensure timely/emergency response.
