Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced RN or licensed clinician to lead our hospice office in Newtown Square, PA. The role focuses on assembling and guiding a high-performing team to deliver compassionate hospice care to patients and families, with an emphasis on operations excellence.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong recruitment and coaching skills, and a commitment to quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN or other professional clinical license.
• Four-year college degree.
• At least two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience.
• Experience leading a hospice operation or high-volume healthcare operation; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance and day-to-day operations of the Newtown Square hospice office.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff and emerging leaders.
• Oversee staffing, planning, budgets, and fiscal performance.
• Partner with clinical leaders to support care quality, staff development, and compliance.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, facilities, and community referral partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and grow the office.
• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, recognition, and care.
