Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Newtown Square and Blue Bell, PA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) leader to serve as Multisite Director for two hospice offices.

Lead teams, oversee operations, budgeting, staffing, and quality of care while developing future leaders and strengthening community relationships.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable supervisory or management experience.
• Hospice experience strongly preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop two hospice offices and teams with a culture of accountability and growth.
• Oversee operations, budgeting, staffing, and fiscal management across both locations.
• Monitor quality and compliance of hospice services to ensure excellent patient and family experiences.
• Mentor and develop Associate Director and other emerging leaders.
