BAYADA Home Health Care in Newtown Square, PA, seeks a seasoned RN or licensed clinician to lead our hospice office. This role focuses on strengthening operations, growing the office, and delivering compassionate care to patients and families.

The candidate will recruit and coach staff, oversee budgets and staffing, and collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure high-quality care and compliance. Hospice experience is preferred for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN or other professional clinical license.
• Four-year college degree.
• At least two years of supervisory or management experience.
• Hospice or high-volume healthcare operation experience preferred.
• Strong recruiting, coaching, employee relations, and operational management skills.
• Ability to build community relationships and lead a team through growth.
• Comfort using technology in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced RN or licensed clinician to lead our hospice office in Newtown Square, PA.

We’re looking for a leader who can bring people together, strengthen operations, and help patients and families receive reliable, compassionate care. Hospice experience is preferred. We also welcome clinical leaders who have succeeded in high-volume healthcare operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the performance and day-to-day operations of the Newtown Square hospice office.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff and emerging leaders.

What You’ll Bring

• A current, active RN or other professional clinical license

• At least two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience
• Experience leading a hospice operation or a high-volume healthcare operation ; hospice experience preferred
• Strong skills in recruiting, coaching, employee relations, and operational management
• Sound clinical judgment and a commitment to high-quality patient and family care
• The ability to build community relationships and lead a team through growth and change
• Comfort using technology in a fast-paced healthcare setting
