Job summary

Gentiva Hospice is seeking an experienced RN to serve as Director of Nursing (Executive Director) in Stockbridge, Georgia. This role provides strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of hospice operations, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with strong leadership in hospice or clinical operations, with a track record in team development, financial stewardship, and community partnership building.

Qualifications

• RN with minimum of an associate's degree in nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum one year management/supervisory experience.
• Two or more years’ experience in hospice/home care.
• Meets all state-specific requirements for Administrator role.
• Three years’ experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting preferred.
• Three to five years healthcare sales/management experience preferred.
• Current license to practice nursing in the state.
• CPR Certification.
• Current automobile insurance and valid driver's license.
