Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring Hospice Nursing Aides to provide essential in-home care and support for patients and families. Responsibilities include helping with daily living activities, hygiene, and symptom management in a compassionate home care setting.

The role requires current direct patient-care experience, state nurse aide registry eligibility, and basic technology skills to document care and coordinate with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct client care in a hospital, nursing facility, or home health setting.
• Must be registered on the state nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks for hospice patients, including changing bedding, changing clothing, bathing, and maintaining hygiene routines.
• Consult regularly with supervising registered nurses to apprise the team of patient progression and families’ needs.
