Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have at least one year of direct client care experience in an institutional setting or home health/hospice within the last five years.
- Must be registered and in good standing on the nurse aide registry of the state of employment.
- Basic technology skills including using a mobile device.
Responsibilities
- Assist with changing bedding, clothing, bathing hospice patients, and hygiene routines.
- Coordinate with supervising RNs and keep team informed about patient progression and family needs.
