Job summary

3HC HOME HEALTH & HOSPICE CARE INC in Pollocksville, NC is seeking a dedicated Hospice Nurse, RN for a full-time position. The RN will coordinate Hospice services in assigned counties, aligning with the agency’s philosophy, goals, and policies to deliver compassionate, patient-focused care.

The successful candidate must hold an active North Carolina RN license, CPR certification, and demonstrate leadership and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed to practice nursing in North Carolina.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience in acute care preferred.
• Current CPR (BCLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospice services in assigned counties per agency policies.
• Maintain EMS/EMR documentation with 48-hour updates.
• Supervise LPNs and paraprofessionals per CMS/Hospice guidelines.
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and physicians.
