Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Massage Therapist to join our clinical team.

You’ll provide therapeutic touch that complements medical care, helping ease pain and anxiety while supporting patients and families through the end-of-life journey. Requirements include graduation from an accredited program, current massage therapy license, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program.
• Current Massage Therapist License in practicing states.
• Valid State Driver’s License with reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provides massage therapy per Clinical Supervisor/Manager direction following the plan of care.
• Administers therapeutic interventions (Swedish Massage, Comfort Touch, Energy work, compressions) to alleviate symptoms.
• Observes and reports patient responses and condition changes to the clinical team.
• Maintains documentation within 24-48 hours of sessions in patient records.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.

Education
