Job summary

AnchorHospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Marketing/Community Liaison/Clinical Marketing Liaison to drive patient admissions through marketing, education, and relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and other community partners. A proven track record and strong local contacts are preferred.

The role emphasizes physician relations, education programs, and public outreach to promote Anchor Health’s hospice philosophy and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, preferably hospice or other healthcare environment.
• Clinical liaison (LVN or RN) with strong marketing skills desired.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to create own leads.
• Organized territory management with limited supervision.
• Ability to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
• Able to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Ability to promote Hospice philosophy to referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Generate business by creating and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other referral sources.
• Prepare and conduct calls and in-service presentations to referral sources.
• Participate in community programs to promote Anchor Health services.
