Job summary

CommonSpirit Health at Home is seeking a Market Development Representative in Evansville, IN to expand market share and educate the community about hospice services. This field-based role focuses on developing relationships with skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and health care providers to drive referrals and patient admissions.

You will serve as the primary contact for client issues, coordinate with branch leadership, and strive to meet monthly admission targets while supporting unbilled

Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree, clinical license, or Care Transition Nurse experience preferred.
Minimum of one year of related sales experience preferred, preferably in healthcare.
Excellent sales, customer service and persuasive abilities; ability to build trusting relationships and gain referrals.

Responsibilities

Identifies and qualifies health care relationships within regional territory with focus on SNFs, assisted living, and hospital systems.
Educates community about services.
Develops and maintains relationships with key customer sources through regular contact and follow-up.
Acts as the key contact for client troubleshooting and conflict resolution.
Maintains accurate data on customer relationships to build strong ties.
