Job summary

Compassus seeks a Hospice Area Market Executive to lead growth initiatives across designated markets and develop Books of Business in partnership with hospice program leaders. You will drive growth metrics, recruit and train staff, and collaborate with clinical leadership to expand program reach.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years leading growth teams, experience in healthcare sales, and preferably an MBA. You will advance market penetration, ensure strategic execution, and promote Compassus values

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience leading growth teams preferred.
• Master's of Business Administration desirable.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 5 years of experience managing growth teams required.
• At least 2 years of experience selling services within healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Devotes the necessary training time to ensure growth team member’s peak performance.
• Creates and manages by a “Book of Business” for each Hospice Care Consultant.
• Defines and manages monthly and annual growth objectives for all growth staff.
• Monitors growth metrics including contacts, closing, and conversions; reports progress to goals.
• Works with hospice program leaders to develop growth strategies and support program expansion.
