Job summary

Empath Health in Florida is seeking a compassionate Hospice LPN to support patients and families during critical moments in care. You will work under the RN and primary physician to assess patient and family needs, and develop comfort-focused plans that prioritize dignity and relief.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Florida.
• Current BLS certification.
• Completion of 30 hour IV course is a plus.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with reliable transportation.

What You'll Need

• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Successful completion of 30 hour IV Course meeting State of Florida Board of Nursing requirements is a plus.
• Adequate and reliable means of transportation with adequate insurance and valid Florida driver’s license.
