Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a compassionate Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team serving patients in the Palm Beach County area. Shifts run 8:30am–5pm with weekend availability, delivering patient-centered care in a hospice setting.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, care plan coordination, comfort-focused interventions, and emotional support for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Successful completion of a 30 hour IV Course meeting State of Florida Board of Nursing requirements is a plus.

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals receiving hospice care in the Palm Beach County area. You will work 8:30am - 5pm with weekend availability. Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has been honored to serve families across Palm Beach and Broward counties with compassionate, community-based care. Formed from the legacy of Hospice by the Sea and Hospice of Palm Beach County, we continue to provide comfort, dignity, and peace to those facing advanced illness.

What You'll Need
