Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate Hospice LPN to join our North West Broward County team and provide patient-centered care in hospice settings.

Schedule: 8:30am-5pm with weekend availability. You will work under RN direction to assess needs, develop care plans, monitor patients, and support families during overnight care.

Qualifications

• : Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Florida.
• : Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• : Successful completion of 30 hour IV Course meeting State of Florida Board of Nursing requirements is a plus.
• : Adequate and reliable transportation with adequate insurance and valid Florida driver’s license.

• Coordinate and provide individualized care plans that prioritize comfort and dignity.

Trustbridge Hospice, a part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals receiving hospice care in the North West Broward County Area.

Schedule: 8:30am - 5pm with weekend availability.

What you’ll Do

As a Hospice LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting patients and families during some of the most critical moments in care.
