Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver patient-centered care in the Boca Area. Schedule is 8:30am–5pm with weekend availability, reflecting a dedicated team focused on comfort and dignity for those in hospice care.

Responsibilities include collaborating with RNs and physicians to assess needs, developing individualized care plans, and using monitoring and teaching skills to enhance quality of life.

Qualificações

• Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Successful completion of 30 hour IV Course meeting State of Florida Board of Nursing requirements is a plus.
• Adequate and reliable means of transportation with valid Florida driver’s license.
