Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care across central Palm Beach County. Per diem schedule 6 am - 2:30 pm with weekend availability; bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.

As part of a mission-driven hospice team, you will deliver high-quality care under RN/LPN guidance, assisting with ADLs, promoting comfort, and supporting families.

Qualifikationen

• Current Florida CNA license to practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Six months of hospital or healthcare experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to provide compassionate in-home hospice care.

What you’ll Do

As a CNA on our hospice team, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community-based settings

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures

• Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient

• Offer emotional support to patients and their families, fostering dignity and compassion at every interaction

What You’ll Need

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.

• Current Basic Life Support Certification.

• Six months’ experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment

• Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance, and basic knowledge of the county territory.

• Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.

• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.
