Job summary

Varco Home Health & Hospice in Houston, TX seeks a Hospice Liaison to grow our presence in the Houston market. You will build partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities, educate partners about hospice services, and drive growth through an expanding referral network.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, field-based outreach, and collaboration with clinical teams to ensure smooth referrals. Monday–Friday work hours with a focus on community engagement and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development is required or highly preferred.
• Hospice or home health experience is preferred.
• Established healthcare referral relationships in the Houston market is expected.
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills are essential.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and results-driven mindset is important.
• Professionalism, compassion and a passion for helping others are valued.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting partnerships with physicians, hospitals, clinics and senior living communities.
• Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the Houston referral network.
• Be a trusted resource, educating partners on hospice services and compassionate end-of-life care.
• Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure a seamless referral experience.
• Represent Varco at networking events, community outreach and educational presentations.
