Job summary

Varco Home Health & Hospice in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Hospice Liaison to build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and senior communities, expanding our referral network in the Houston market and beyond.

This role requires strong communication, networking, and presentation skills, plus a compassionate approach to end-of-life care. Field-based, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, with opportunities to make a meaningful impact in the community.

• Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development.
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Established healthcare referral relationships in the Houston market.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting partnerships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and senior living communities.
• Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding referral network.
• Educate healthcare partners on hospice services and compassionate end-of-life care.
• Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure a seamless referral experience.
• Represent Varco: participate in networking events, community outreach, and educational presentations.
• Own outreach activities, strengthen partnerships, and work toward growth goals.
