Varco Home Health & Hospice is seeking a motivated Hospice Liaison in Corpus Christi, TX to build relationships and grow our Houston market presence. You will educate partners about hospice services and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth referrals.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting partnerships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and senior living communities.
• Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding Varco's referral network in Houston.
• Educate healthcare partners on hospice services and compassionate end-of-life care.
• Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure a seamless referral experience.
• Represent Varco at networking events, community outreach, and educational presentations.
• Own outreach activities and work toward growth goals.
