Job summary

Varco Home Health & Hospice in Houston seeks a motivated Hospice Liaison to grow our presence in the Brownsville market. You will build partnerships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and senior communities while educating partners about hospice services.

This field-based role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 9 AM–5 PM, with PTO and health plans. If you excel at networking and driving referrals, join a mission-driven team focused on compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Established healthcare referral relationships in the Houston market.
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Professionalism, compassion, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting partnerships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and senior living communities.
• Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding Varco's referral network throughout Houston.
• Be a trusted resource by educating healthcare partners on hospice services and end-of-life care.
• Make connections count by collaborating with clinical and admissions teams for a seamless referral experience.
• Represent Varco by participating in networking events, community outreach, and educational presentations.
• Own your success by managing outreach activities, strengthening partnerships, and pursuing growth goals.
