Varco Home Health & Hospice is seeking a motivated Hospice Liaison to grow our presence in the Brownsville/Houston market. You will build partnerships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and senior living communities while educating partners about hospice care and end-of-life services.

The role involves expanding the referral network, collaborating with clinical teams, and representing Varco at community events. Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Established healthcare referral relationships in the Houston market.
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
