Job summary

Varco Home Health & Hospice in Houston, TX is seeking a Hospice Liaison who thrives on connecting healthcare providers and families. You will build referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and senior communities, educating partners about hospice services and end-of-life care, and representing Varco at events.

This field-based role offers a Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM schedule and opportunities to grow networks, drive growth, and contribute to compassionate patient care in the

• Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Established healthcare referral relationships in the Houston market.
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Professionalism, compassion, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
