A Path of Care Health in Hugo, OK is hiring a full-time Intake Coordinator / Scheduler (LPN preferred). The role supports our healthcare office by handling intake documentation, coordinating patient visits, and assisting with referrals.

Formación

• Associate degree in a related health or financial field is required or preferred.
• LPN preferred as a qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical records or healthcare billing.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and email.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent phone communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, positive demeanor and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Intake Coordination: complete documentation from referral through start of care and follow up with physician offices for records.
• Scheduling: coordinate patient visit schedules and manage on-call rotation tracking.
• Process referrals accurately and promptly and maintain confidentiality and secure records.
• Collaborate with billing to release held claims and resolve documentation issues.
• Assist with general office duties and act as backup scheduler entering referrals.
