Corewell Health is seeking a compassionate RN for the Hanson Residence - Hospice South in Stevensville, MI. This part-time night shift (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) position supports end-of-life care in a 16-bed hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient- and family-centered care.

The role requires Michigan RN licensure, an Associate degree, and BLS certification within 90 days. Experience in hospice or related fields is preferred, with opportunities for professional

Formación

• Must have an RN license in Michigan and an Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1 year of hospice or related experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or ARC within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient end-of-life care using nursing process.
• Develop a comprehensive plan of care with input from patient, family, and team.
• Advocate for pain and symptom management.
• Educate patients and families and support continuous quality of care.
• Supervise LPN and CENA; administer medications as ordered.
• Attend shift reports and IDT meetings as needed.
