Corewell Health is seeking a compassionate RN to provide end‑of‑life care at the Hanson Residence Hospice South in Stevensville, MI. You will assess and coordinate care, partnering with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient‑ and family‑centered services.

The role emphasizes comfort, quality of life and symptom management, with shift nights (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.) and a part‑time schedule. Experience in hospice and a valid Michigan RN license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• RN license in Michigan or eligibility in state.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate end‑of‑life care.
• Develop and adjust an outcome-based plan of care with patient/family input.
• Advocate for pain and symptom management and educate families.
