Job summary

Corewell Health in St. Joseph, MI is seeking a compassionate RN to join our Hospice team.

You will assess patients, plan and implement end-of-life care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and advocate for pain and symptom management at home, in nursing facilities, or in hospital settings. The ideal candidate holds a Michigan RN license, an associate degree in nursing, and at least 1 year of hospice experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• 1 year hospice experience preferred.
• Michigan RN license required upon hire.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan/implement end-of-life care.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to meet patient/family needs.
• Advocate for pain and symptom management.
