Job summary

Allied Services seeks a Registered Nurse to supervise and deliver skilled nursing care in the General Inpatient Hospice Unit. You will assess patients, collaborate with the IDT to plan and adjust care, and supervise LPNs and aides to meet patient and family needs.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited nursing program degree, with BSN and CHPN preferred, and must have PA RN licensure and a PA background check. Hospice experience is required and driving availability is necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years general nursing experience.
• Hospice experience required.
• Experience with pain and symptom management preferred.
• Current PA RN license required.
• PA criminal history check clearance required.
• Valid PA driver's license and transportation available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee skilled nursing care in the General Inpatient Hospice Unit.
• Collaborate with the Hospice IDT to develop and reevaluate the plan of care.
• Provide supervision to LPNs, Aides, and Volunteers.
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct in all interactions.
