Job summary

Allied Services in Clarks Summit is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee the caseload of Hospice patients and provide essential nursing care. The RN will collaborate with the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans and supervise aides.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year general nursing experience, preferably in hospice or home health.
• Possession of a current Registered Nurse license issued by Pennsylvania State Board.
• Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee primary caseload of hospice patients and provide skilled nursing care.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the IDT.
• Supervise Hospice Aides/Homemakers and support patient and family care needs.

Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
