Qualifications

• A minimum of one year experience in homecare or a medical/surgical setting.
• Understanding of hospice philosophy and principles of death/dying.
• Proof of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations or approved exemptions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in an in-patient residential hospice facility.
• Determine scope and frequency of services based on patient needs.
• Document treatment, patient response, and pain management in real-time.
