Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a compassionate RN to join the Gerstenberg Inpatient Care Center in West Palm Beach. You will coordinate patient and family care with the physician and IDG, conduct thorough assessments, and ensure timely interventions per the care plan.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, BLS certification, and strong communication skills. Hospice experience and EMR familiarity are preferred as you support quality, compassionate care.
