Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. in Newark, Delaware is seeking a Hospice Director Inpatient Center Operations - Registered Nurse. This full-time role leads the inpatient hospice center, directing nursing and support staff to deliver compassionate care and ensure regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will hold an RN license, CPR, 3+ years hospice/home health or related experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory responsibility. Schedule is M-F with on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• RN license in practicing state(s); Certified Hospice Nurse preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum three years’ experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgical, oncology or geriatrics.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all direct patient/family care team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards.
• Participate in selecting and evaluating staff.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary plan of care and ensure 24-hour nursing availability.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and maintain documentation.
