UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the Administrator of a home health provider, overseeing day-to-day operations, patient eligibility, and service planning. This role emphasizes compliance with state and federal regulations while driving profitability and staff retention.

Qualificações

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure with 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in home health.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, with access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and completes assigned projects to support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company.
• Oversees the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients and supervising their total home health care.
• Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
• Enhances the profitability of the agency; and providing motivation and retention of a qualified staff and assure the quality of services delivered.
