The position includes documentation and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring safe and respectful care, and adhering to MMCI Hospice policies and infection-control measures.

Responsabilidades

• Provides personal care on an intermittent basis in accordance with the Plan of Care.
• Bathing, oral hygiene, skin care, foot care, back care, hair care, personal care, changing/straightening beds.
• Positioning, lifting, transferring, ROM exercises, infection control measures.
• Emptying Foley catheters, colostomy/urostomy bags, and enema administration.
• Non-sterile dressing changes, vital signs, and client education per nurse guidance.
