Job summary

BroadReach Hospice in Massachusetts is hiring a full-time Hospice Aide to join our compassionate team. This role provides direct patient care in patients' homes and in assisted living or skilled nursing facilities, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Candidates must hold a valid Massachusetts CNA license; experience in home health or hospice is preferred but not required. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, with occasional Saturdays and holiday coverage.

• Home health or hospice experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in patients' homes and in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).

BroadReach Hospice is hiring a Full-Time Hospice Aide, with a $2500 sign-on bonus!

We are looking to add a compassionate, caring full-time Hospice Aide to our team.

Hospice Aide Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care in patients’ homes as well as in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities throughout the mid and lower Cape.
• Assisting with patients’ ADLs (activities of daily living).
• Following patients' plan of care and completing documentation of care given.
• Communicating regularly with nurse case manager.

Hospice Aide Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant License.
• Experience with home health or hospice care is preferred; however, applicants are welcome to apply regardless of experience.

Hospice Aide Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
• Occasional availability on Saturday is required.
• Rotating cover on holidays – presently one holiday worked per year.

The pay range for this position is between $20 - $27.50 per hour, depending upon number of years of experience.
